Our Services: Removal, Trimming and Stump Work

Tree Service Master does four jobs across Vaughan: removals, trimming and pruning, stump grinding and full stump removal. Our angle is speed. You call or text, we come out that day to quote, and once you say yes we book the work fast and finish most jobs in a single visit.

Tree Removal

Tree removal covers dead trees, trees leaning at a building, trunks split by wind and ash killed by emerald ash borer. On tight Woodbridge and Maple lots we climb the tree, cut it in sections and lower each piece on a rope, so the roof, deck and fence stay untouched.

Tree Trimming and Pruning

Trimming and pruning gets limbs off the roof, out of the wires and clear of the driveway. We take out deadwood, thin a crowded crown and raise low branches. When a trim fixes what you called about, we quote the trim and leave the tree standing.

Stump Grinding

Stump grinding turns the stump into chips 15 to 30 cm below the surface. It is the fastest route back to a flat lawn, and we can do it the same day as the removal.

Stump Removal

Full stump removal digs out the stump and its main roots. Pick it when you plan a patio, a shed pad, a garden bed or a new tree in that exact spot.

Typical Price Ranges

Across Canada in 2026, a small tree removal usually runs $300 to $800, and a large one $2,000 to $5,000 or more. Trimming a small or medium tree runs $250 to $800. Grinding one stump runs $150 to $500. Those are typical ranges, not our price list. Your quote is free and firm before we start.

Booking Two Jobs at Once

Many calls turn into two jobs: a removal and a stump grind, or a trim on one tree and a removal on another. Booking them together saves time. The crew sets up once, and you get one price and one finish day.

Homes and Commercial Properties

Most of our work is on house lots in Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg, Concord and Thornhill. We also work for landlords, plazas and property managers. Commercial jobs often come with a parking lot to keep open or tenants to work around. Tell us when you call, and we’ll plan the day around it.

Why People Pick Us

We keep jobs moving. The quote happens on the first visit, stump work rides along with the removal, and cleanup is done before the truck leaves. You get one price, one booking and a clear yard by evening on most jobs.

Before a removal, find out whether the tree needs a City permit. Our guide on tree permits in Vaughan covers the 20 cm rule and what the City asks for.
